The South Belt-Ellington Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the South Belt Ellington Community Foundation is hosting a Scholarship Awards Reception. Ten recipients will be awarded a scholarship from Dobie High School, Clear Horizons High School, and Grace Christian Academy.
